JOC for Roadway Repair and Maintenance

The City of Tucson (COT), hereinafter referred to as “COT” is conducting a competitive ONE-STEP process to award multiple contracts for roadway repair and maintenance in accordance with Sec. 34-603 of the Arizona Revised Statues for the City’s Water Department. Some projects may be funded by the Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD). For those projects, the HUD requirements contained herein will be applicable. Services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis and the resultant contracts are neither exclusive nor a commitment by COT that the Contractors' services will be required.
