Description

John Wayne Airport’s 1-year Job Order Contract (JOC) for Airport Pavement Maintenance and Repair Services provides an on-call, flexible delivery method for addressing routine, preventative, and/or unplanned airfield and landside pavement needs. The JOC covers a range of asphalt and concrete pavement services, including patching, crack and joint sealing, full- and partial-depth repairs, pavement markings, and related ancillary work. All work is performed in accordance with FAA requirements, airport standards, and Part 139 obligations, with strict controls on phasing, night work, safety, and security to minimize impacts to aircraft operations.
