JOC for Roadway Construction

Notice is hereby given that the City of Tucson (COT) is conducting a competitive TWO (2)-STEP process to retain approximately TEN (10) Contractors for a Job Order Contract (JOC) ) to provide roadway construction, repair and maintenance services on an “as-needed” basis for the City of Tucson. Individual job orders shall not exceed $ 5,000,000; however the anticipated individual job order will be about $1,000,000. The estimated budget for the first year is $ 10,000,000. The term of this contract will be one year with 4 one-year renewal options. Services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis and the resultant contract is neither exclusive nor a commitment by COT that the Contractor's services will be required. Select projects may be funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Regional Transportation Authority, ARPA, and HUD funds.
