(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral threat assessment software. • Behavioral threat assessment management software solution designed to bolster and improve the health, safety, and general welfare of the school population.• Functional reporting requirements: the system shall provide authorized users with access to case status dashboards that reflect current data within 5 minutes of entry• Must have Single Sign–On (SSO): Mandatory support for Google SSO, OAuth2, or SAML.• System shall generate configurable reports on threat levels, school sites, intervention statuses, etc. and support data export in CSV and/or PDF.• Live, Instructor–Led Training (ILT): Interactive classes led by an instructor, either online or in–person. Initial training must be onsite.• Integration Method: Classlink API, PowerSchool API, OneRoster API• System fully complies with established data security standards and maintains the strict confidentiality of all student documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for seven years.
