The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project” consists of renovation construction including removal and replacement of existing sidewalk, handrail, bike rack and rinse shower. The Project also includes the removal of the existing dune walkover and replacement with an ADA accessible dune walkover. Contract Time: The contract duration is Contract Duration in Days days to substantial completion with an additional Number of Days until Punch List Completion days for punch list completion.
