(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic event coordinator services to the government authority located in Corpus Christi, TX.– Football games– Volleyball games– Basketball games– Soccer, softball, track, swimming, baseball and wrestling games– Obtain and train event entry specialist.– Schedule event entry specialists for specific events.– Train event entry specialists to use bocca printers and computers for ticket sales.– Obtain, train, and schedule event scanner, ushers and door person.– Procure and distribute materials, game reports, tickets and various forms. Reconcile Event Entry Specialists game reports and reissue necessary materials for next assignment.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
