Vendor needs to provide space planner service to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA. – Provide comprehensive design services for the development and enhancement of an existing agency owned property. – The existing space is approximately 10,000 square feet and is going to be shared by 3 different units within the agency's office.  – Provide a full range of interior design services, including space planning, interior construction design, and coordination with relevant regulatory requirements.– Project include the design and layout of modular workstations (cubicles), private offices, reception and waiting areas, and shared common areas such as restrooms and break room, while maintaining privacy and efficiency.
