9805 - Madison Municipal Building Flagpole Replacement

This contract is for the removal of the existing flagpole in front of the Madison Municipal Building and the installation of two new flagpoles flanking the front entrance, located at 215 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Madison, WI. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing flagpole, removal and replacement of electrical systems, installation of two new flagpoles, installation of new lighting and electrical, excavation and earthwork, and the removal and replacement/patching of concrete as needed. The existing concrete planters are to be protected to minimize concrete removal and patching.
