Progressive Design-Build Services on West Basin MWD's DCS Replacement Project

With this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), West Basin Municipal Water District (“West Basin” or “District”) is accepting proposals (“Proposal”) from qualified Progressive Design-Build Entities (“PDBE”) to provide services for Project Title . West Basin is a public agency that provides imported drinking water and recycled water to 17 cities and nearly one million people in the coastal Los Angeles area. West Basin is a member agency of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
