(1) Vendor needs to provide Zoom voice and phone solution.– Modern cloud‑based voice platforms offer enhanced capabilities—including simplified management, cloud accessibility, AI‑enabled tools, SMS, and eFax– Support the migration from Cisco 14SU3 to Zoom phone– Recommendation and projected costs to replace or re–flash approximately 500 Cisco handsets using MPP firmware.– Provision, install and configure 58 Voice Gateways (VGs) / ATAs. ATAs shall include the following features:– Line voltage/current or distance limitations of any itemized analog telephone adaptors or voice gateways (analog gateways)– Support message waiting indication on ATAs and voice gateways (analog gateways)– Support migration of 20 DID–based auto–attendants.– Maintain uninterrupted existing Zoom Video functionality.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026. (3) A contract term will be for three years.
