ITQ# 165046JB Drainage Improvements on SW 157 Ave North of SW 312 St

The City of Homestead Public Works Department is seeking to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for the Drainage Improvements on SW 157 Avenue north of SW 312 Street, Homestead. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. (Scope of Work) Exhibit A- Approved Plans Exhibit B- Permit Award may not be based solely on price, but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the City's schedule.
