Description
The new Aquatic Center is located on the corner of the Orange Avenue and Tennis Drive intersection at Orange Memorial Park. This project is planned on a 6.5 acre site which is part of the 26.9 acre Orange Memorial Park. The new aquatic center will be a single-story, all-electric building and will include an outdoor 25-meter by 25-yard pool. The indoor pool will be a recreation and teaching pool and will have (7) 25-yard lanes, a zero-beach entry, and will include interactive water features. The building will include an activity room, locker rooms and offices for SSF Staff. Please be advised the following seven general contractors are pre-qualified and able to submit bids for this project: Alten Construction, Inc. Hensel Phelps Construction Co. Lathrop Construction Associates, Inc. Rodan Builders, Inc. S.J. Amoroso Construction Co., LLC Vance Brown Builders Wickman Development and Construction
