Description
The City previously issued a Request for Qualification for the OMPAC project on September 25, 2023. The City did not receive a sufficient number of Prequalification Submittals to create a competitive public bidding process. The City terminated the previous prequalification process and is issuing this revised RFQ. This RFQ supersedes the one issued on September 25, 2023. This RFQ is intended to solicit proposals to furnish Owner with a selection of qualified general contractors who have experience building aquatic centers to construct the new aquatic center at Orange Memorial Park - Orange Memorial Park Aquatic Center (OMPAC). The city intends to award this contract to qualified organizations based upon expertise, qualifications and costs. General work description:
