(1) Vendor needs to provide city vehicle inventory count service to the government authority located in Georgia. • Validate and reconcile existing fleet inventory data through a structured and measurable process.• Utilize the resulting data to support implementation of the fleet management system currently being pursued through a cooperative agreement for the ongoing management and tracking of fleet assets.• Capable of conducting a comprehensive fleet inventory of City–owned vehicles and equipment. Work includes physical verification of assets, reconciliation of records, and submission of documentation.• Ability to physically verify fleet assets and reconcile inventory results against existing fleet records.• Able to provide inventory data in an electronic format, including Microsoft Excel and CSV files, and in a format compatible with or transferable to the City's current Fleet Management Information System (FMIS).
