The purpose of this quote is to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for fiscal year end inventory counting services. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications listed in scope of work. Award may not be based solely on price but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the City’s schedule.
