Montgomery County is interested in procuring professional planning, design, and construction administration services for the construction of a new Job Center. The selected professional services provider shall render: A complete study of current Job & Family Services & Workforce development services to determine the maximum staff and public patron counts for proper sizing of the new facility. Strategic site planning & development for future development use. Complete design services that will result in bid ready construction documents. Complete construction administration services throughout the bid phase and construction phase of the project.
