New Isolation Building-Hernando County Animal Services

Hernando County seeks qualified contractors to build a new 1520 s. ft. stand-alone building for use as an isolation area for animals at the Hernando County Animal Services Department located at 19450 Oliver St., Brooksville, FL. The building consists of foundations, slabs, CMU walls sealed on the interior with painted stucco exterior, wood trusses and sheathing, asphalt shingles, floor drain systems and exterior doors. Electrical and mechanical systems consistent with this style of building. The building shall contain individual kennels, a cat room, restroom and other support spaces. Plans and specifications attached have been donated and developed by Alex Deeb utilizing the services of Florida Engineers and Holmes Drafting Services.
