Building Condition Assessments for Walton County Community Centers

Walton County is seeking quotes from qualified firms to perform building condition assessments for three County-owned facilities: Mossy Head Community Center Glendale Community Center Portland Community Center The purpose of this project is to obtain an independent professional evaluation of each facility’s current condition, including structural elements and major building systems. The assessment will assist the County in determining whether it is more practical to invest in repairs and renovations or consider replacement of the structure. The selected firm will perform site inspections and prepare written reports identifying observed deficiencies, general building conditions, and recommendations regarding the feasibility of continued use or rehabilitation of the buildings.
