(1) Vendor needs to provide safe streets and roads for all comprehensive safety action plan service to the government authority located in Ketchikan, AK.     – This project will establish design standards, set priorities, and actions necessary to enhance roadway safety throughout the Borough, with the focus on all user classes including: pedestrians, bicyclists, public transportation users, ATV and motorcyclists, motorists, personal conveyance and micromobility users, and commercial vehicle operators, in order to create and implement a long–term strategy for enhancing safety on the roadways.– To develop a Safety Action Plan that will provide the framework for road standards to be used as a guide for building, expanding, improving and maintaining roads.• Project Management and Coordination • Plan Development • Data Collection and Review • ArcGIS Story Map/Hub site • Stakeholder and Public Engagement • Administrative Draft and Final Plan • Road Standards Development • Service Area Road Evaluation (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.
