The Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $400,000 (updated from original estimate). No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the estimate on the base bid by more than ten percent (10%). An award of the Project will be based solely on the base bid, without consideration of the Alternates, which the City may or may not award. The Substantial Completion Date is 10/30/2026.
