The Marin Housing Authority (MHA) is a public corporation that provides affordable, safe, decent housing for low- to moderate-income Marin County, California, residents. MHA owns and manages federally assisted housing rental properties that include a mix of public housing; tax credit; public housing/tax credit (mixed finance); and Section 8 Project based/tax credit affordable rental units, all of which are located in Marin County, California. MHA's primary revenue is received through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). MHA is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals (individuals, firms, or teams) to provide development consulting services in support of the planning, financing, and execution of affordable housing initiatives across MHA’s portfolio.
