TELCOM-2814 - USA (Washington, DC) - Radio Equipment, Software and Associated Support Services - Deadline July 6,2026

Vendor needs to provide radio equipment, software and associated support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide radio equipment, maintenance services, software to include updates and licensing and other required components for successful installation, operation, and maintenance (O&M).– Procurement of Motorola Land Mobile Radio (LMR) equipment, including but not limited to repeaters, handheld radios, desktop base stations, and programming hardware.– Procurement of equipment related to VHF/FM radios (not necessarily manufactured by Motorola), including but not limited to antenna systems, cables, and charging systems.– Provision of detailed product specification sheets for each product.– Maintenance agreements for Motorola equipment, including co–termination of existing and future maintenance contracts.– Provide Motorola software via download or media.– Test equipment for testing, troubleshooting, and tuning LMR equipment.– Accurate tracking of equipment, warranty periods, maintenance agreements, and associated costs by model, serial number, and Delivery Order (DO).
