(1) Vendor needs to provide workday–certified system integrator services.• Provide comprehensive, end–to–end implementation services ranging from project management, configuration, and data conversion to organizational change management, training, and post–go–live support for a phased rollout of Workday Financial Management, Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Student modules.• Program Mobilization: mobilization activities from contract execution through project kickoff, including onboarding, project charter, governance activation, and initial planning• Data Conversion: Data strategy, mapping, cleansing support, conversion cycles, validation, reconciliation, and historical data recommendations.• Reporting and Analytics: Reporting strategy, delivered reporting, custom reporting governance, Prism Analytics, and dashboarding• Organizational Change Management: Agency stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption planning, change impacts, and measurement• Provide a detailed project schedule for the baseline timeline, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path.• Identify the top 5 schedule risks for the Workday implementation at an institution of our size and your mitigation strategies.• Identify activities that may be accelerated through tools, templates, automation, or parallel workstreams.• Provide an organizational chart for the proposed SI project team• Worker records, positions, jobs, compensation, benefits, absence, time tracking, faculty data, onboarding data(2) The contract period will be for five years.
