Description
City of Moreno Valley is requesting proposals from print vendors to provide digital press and other printing services. Proposer will use digital press or other printing techniques necessary to avoid smudging or seaming of ink, bindery, shipping, and mailing, for the Parks & Community Services Soaring Activity Guides. The Parks & Community Services Department produces three high quality activity guides annually. The proposer will also perform coding functions to create hyperlinks in originating graphics files so that the hyperlinks appear and function in final composite PDF version of the Activity Guides from which an electronic Flipbook version will be created.
