The City of Mount Pleasant is soliciting Proposals from Consultant(s) or Other Professional Services (excluding those identified by the Texas Government Code 2254.002 (Professional Services Procurement Act), which must be a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity registered to do business in the State of Texas with demonstrated competence and qualifications and with considerable experience in providing Professional IT Services. This Request for Proposals solicits information that will enable t he City of Mount Pleasant to select one or more Consultant(s) that shall provide professional services for Professional IT Services.
