City of Champaign Fire Station No. 3 Construction Management

Dewberry Architects Inc. has completed program verification and concept planning for a new City of Champaign Fire Station to be located at the southeast corner of Bradley Avenue and Neil Sreet in Champaign, Illinois. The program for the new facility is sized at approximately 12,000 SF. The spaces included in the design are a training room, administration offices, living quarters, eight bunk rooms, a fitness room, locker rooms, and apparatus bay. The new Fire Station will replace the existing Fire Station No. 3, located at 702 W. Bradley Avenue, Champaign, Illinois, 61820. The new site is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Bradley Avenue and Neil Street.
