(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system.– Provide a comprehensive platform with a secure and scalable integration between the LMS and Workday (HCM) to automate learning assignments and learning record synchronization, improving accuracy, compliance, and administrative efficiency– Provide implementation services and administrator training. Ongoing vendor support and maintenance are required.– Automate employee data flow between the LMS and Workday– Sync learning completions from the LMS back to Workday for compliance reporting.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
