MAINTENANCE YARDS EV CHARGER EXPANSION

Pasadena Water & Power (“PWP”) invites bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to construct the EV Charger Expansion Project at PWP Maintenance Yards in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City has obtained the required construction permits. The Contractor shall perform all work in strict accordance with the approved design drawings and specifications included in this IFB. Certain major equipment items will be furnished by the City under a separate procurement. The Contractor shall coordinate receipt, handling, installation, and commissioning of Owner-furnished equipment as defined in the Contract Documents.
