As-Needed Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger Installations and EV Charger Station Construction

The City of Pasadena is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide as-needed services for the construction, installation, and replacement of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations throughout the city. The scope of work includes the construction of infrastructure to support EV charging stations, the installation of new Level 2 and Level 3 DC fast chargers, and the replacement of existing EV chargers as needed. The City intends to select both a primary contractor and a backup contractor to ensure the timely and efficient expansion and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure across public properties, parking facilities, city buildings, and other designated locations.
