CONCERT FESTIVAL PRODUCTION SERVICES

'Project Description The Music, Fashion and Arts Festival should offer live music entertainment featuring a headline act and two opening acts, fashion show featuring max of 5 local and/or regional designers, food vendors, interactive art, market vendors providing swag, music, souvenirs, artisan crafts, arts etc.. This event must be ticketed using digital/online platform. Music and services should appeal to the target audience for this event which is ages 15-25. Music selection should reflect the diverse make up of the Town of Manchester community. The Town is seeking an experienced, well qualified event management, production services or other company with similar experience to provide concert and festival services for the Town's 2023 Bicentennial Music, Fashion and Arts Festival. The 2023 Music, Fashion and Arts Festival will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 from 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm with a rain date of Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm. This outdoor production will be held at Mt. Nebo Park in Manchester, CT. Production and promotion services will include: scouting, booking, managing and compensating talent as more fully described in this RFP. The Town has budgeted $20,000 for this event with the intention of revenue sharing to recover total budget cost. Proposals should include a revenue sharing model for monies exceeding the Town's initial budget investment.
