Audio Production Services for Outdoor Events at Starr Park

The City of Forest Park is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional audio production services for outdoor events at Starr Park. Services will support city-sponsored concerts, festivals, community gatherings, and other special events throughout the year. The selected contractor shall provide qualified personnel to operate all equipment provided by the contractor, all equipment, labor, setup, operation, and teardown necessary to support high-quality sound production for outdoor events. The City intends to award an as-needed services contract. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed. Initial contract term will be one year with up to two one-year renewal options. Events will be authorized via purchase order or written event request. The City reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors to ensure availability.
