Audio Production Services for Music Under the Stars Concert Series

General work description: Contractor will provide qualified personnel to operate all equipment provided by contractor for the purposes of sound production and lighting services for outdoor concerts located at the James J. Eagan Center (July 4) and the amphitheater located in St. Ferdinand Park. The concert dates are the following for each year of the agreement (35 total performances): 2026 (8 concerts) July 4, 11, 18, 25 Aug 1, 8, 15, 22 2027 (9 concerts) July 4, 10, 17, 24, 31 Aug 7, 14, 21, 28 2028 (9 concerts) July 4, 8, 15, 22, 29 Aug 5, 12, 19, 26 2029 (9 concerts) July 4, 7, 14, 21, 28 Aug 4, 11, 18, 25 Sound services will include but not be limited to main speakers and subs, monitors for band members, microphones, microphone stands, lighting and any necessary sound equipment not provided by the bands for sound production. Contractor will provide tie in for band equipment as needed and a line out for Florissant Media Department for recording purposes.
