(1) Vendor needs to provide API management solution.– Implement a replacement API Management platform that ensures continued security, supportability, and long–term sustainability.  – Discovery and planning:– Assess current API management environment.– Define target architecture.– Develop implementation and migration strategy.– Platform implementation:– Configure API gateway, developer portal, and security.– Integrate Okta, Datadog, ServiceNow, and CI/CD tools.– Establish governance policies and standards.– Migration and testing:– Migrate and validate existing APIs.– Perform functional, security, and performance testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
