Brookside Golf Course Maintenance Equipment Request for Proposals

It is the intent of Rose Bowl Operating Company ("RBOC") to execute a contract between the RBOC and Maintenance Equipment Supplier (“Proposer”) capable of providing specified maintenance equipment to the RBOC for daily use at the Brookside Golf Club. The Brookside Golf Club is two 18-hole municipal golf courses adjacent to the Rose Bowl Stadium. There are roughly 210 acres of property, which 170 acres is maintained turf. Bidder would be required to provide the specified maintenance equipment for all daily staff use. The term of the contract is for forty-eight (48) months, commencing on January 15, 2025 , w ith a month-to-month or return equipment option at the end, at the sole discretion of the RBOC Chief Executive Officer with all terms and conditions of the initial term of the contract applying to any such extensions.
