Golf Cart Fleet Request for Proposals

It is the intent of Rose Bowl Operating Company ("RBOC") to execute a lease agreement between the RBOC and Golf Cart Manufacturer (“Proposer”) capable of providing specified fleet golf carts to the RBOC for daily use at the Brookside Golf Club. The Brookside Golf Club is two 18-hole municipal golf courses adjacent to the Rose Bowl Stadium. Annually the property has golf rounds greater than 140,000, and generally around 70% of those individuals use a golf cart while playing. In addition, golf carts are used on major event days at the Rose Bowl stadium for staff and first responders to use throughout the golf course property. Bidder would be required to provide the specified fleet golf carts for all daily use. The term of the contract is for sixty-six (66) months, commencing on January 15, 2025 , w ith a month-to-month or buyout option at the end, at the sole discretion of the RBOC Chief Executive Officer with all terms and conditions of the initial term of the contract applying to any such extensions.
