Description
The City of Urbana is seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ's) from firms for managed computer-aided drafting (CAD) services to support the City's use of Autodesk CAD software. The City's CAD system was audited by a third-party firm earlier this year, resulting in a report that detailed problems with the current system and recommendations for improvement (see Attachments for a copy of this report). The City intends to implement the improvements recommended in this report through managed CAD services. This project includes managed CAD services for fiscal years 2025 and 2026 (FY25-FY26), ending June 30, 2026. The FY25 budget for managed CAD services is $30,000.
