RFP 24-06 Construction Management Services - Vineyard Springs Fire Station

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (hereinafter referred to as Metro Fire or the District) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Contractor) to provide construction management services in support of the District’s Vineyard Springs Fire Station project (Project), being delivered as a design-bid-build project. Qualified firms shall be licensed architects, registered engineers, or licensed general contractors. The Scope of Work shall generally include both pre-construction phase and construction phase activities including design review, constructability and cost estimating, bidding process support, construction administration, and labor compliance monitoring, as more fully outlined in Section 7.0 of the RFP document. Prior to submitting a proposal, Contractors are advised to carefully read this RFP in its entirety.
