(1) Vendor needs to provide 24–hour residential remodel service to the government authority located in Bend, OR. • Remove existing sheds and associated foundations.• Remove existing driveway and selected walkways and steps.• Remove covered porch and associated foundations, framing, railings, masonry wall, and flatwork.• Construct new covered porch at the front entry, including roof, foundations, framing, flatwork, stairs, ramp, railings, and handrails.• Remove the covered entry porch roof.• Replace foundation vents.• Remove and replace roofing, and install new attic vents, range hood venting, and exterior cap.• Remove and replace roof fascia, gutters, and downspouts.• Remove and replace existing windows and doors, including associated framing and finishes.(2) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
