CONS-21912 - USA (Leesburg, Virginia) - Exterior Building Rehabilitation Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide exterior building rehabilitation services to the government authority located in Leesburg, VA.– The Project includes selective demolition and replacement of thirty thirty–eight (38) exterior windows and two (2) exterior doors, masonry restorations/rehabilitation work, stormwater systems improvements, exterior finishes, roof coatings, and miscellaneous related work(s).– Project will rehabilitate portions of the original sections of the building’s exterior, an early 1800’s three (3) story building in accordance with the Department of Interior’s Standards for Historic Preservation, as well as elements of the modern (late 1980’s) addition. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 1, 2026.
