(1) Vendor needs to provide office building remodel services to the government authority located in Coos Bay, OR.– Demolition of existing demountable and wood framed walls – Relocation of selected demountable walls and new wood framed walls – Construction of a new ADA restroom – Addition of new electrical and data ports – Relocation of ceiling mounted lighting – New transaction window – Coordination and installation of Lenel – Provide (1) female ADA and (1) male ADA compliant portable restroom – Other related miscellaneous items. (2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
