REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND SUPPORT SERVICES

The Santa Cruz County Pajaro Storm Drain Maintenance District (PSDMD) invites qualified, interested firms to submit a statement of qualifications (SOQ) for on-call professional environmental planning and support services for PSDMD projects. The purpose of this request for qualifications (RFQ) is to establish minimum requirements to support PSDMD projects, to solicit SOQs, and to establish an on-call list of firms with the qualifications to support PSDMD projects. All submitted SOQs will be evaluated according to the criteria provided in Attachment B of this RFQ. Professional services are anticipated to include environmental planning and supporting technical services necessary to conduct project planning, design, implementation and reporting. PSDMD projects include flood risk management projects, channel maintenance, facility repair projects, and ecosystem enhancement and restoration. These projects are often developed and implemented in partnership with other local, state, and federal agencies. The established list term is expected to be from the date of approval until June 30, 2025. PSDMD will have the option of extending the list term for 2 additional, 1-year periods.
