  "summary": "<p>Interested Company:</p><p>The City of Cleveland (the &ldquo;City&rdquo;) is now accepting Statements of Qualification/Proposals from Services Providers for Owner&rsquo;s Representative / Construction Project Advisory Services for the North Coast Connector Project (the &ldquo;Services&rdquo;). The requirements for submitting a Proposal for these Services to the City are stated in the attached Request for Qualifications (the &ldquo;RFQ&rdquo;). Please review them carefully.</p><p>The North Coast Connector (NCC) is a transformative infrastructure project designed to enhance connectivity between Downtown Cleveland and its lakefront. The North Coast Connector is integral to the City's vision of revitalizing public spaces, fostering economic development and improving access to Lake Erie's shoreline. By creating safer, efficient transportation links and new public amenities, the North Coast Connector aims to support sustainable growth and improve the quality of life for Cleveland residents and visitors.</p><p>This critical project will utilize multiple funding sources and involve collaboration across multiple City departments, state and federal agencies, and external consultants. The project consists of transforming the Shoreway from a limited access highway to a City Boulevard, a land bridge that connects downtown Cleveland to the waterfront, bike and pedestrian paths, and a multi-modal transit hub. The initiative aligns with Cleveland's long-term goals of fostering equitable access, enhancing mobility and advancing, environmental resilience. Construction is planned to commence in 2027 and is estimated to be completed within four (4) years after commencement.</p><p>The City will be using its e-Procurement Portal (&ldquo;Procurement Portal&rdquo; &ndash;<a href=\"https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/clevelandoh\">https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/clevelandoh</a> to accept and evaluate proposals for this RFQ. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal on or before the Due Date in order to be accepted.</p><p>A Non-Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference for the purpose of reviewing the RFQ and answering questions regarding the Services will be held on May 9, 2025, via Teams Meeting at 1PM EST. &nbsp;Refer to the RFQ or Addendum for additional instructions regarding the Pre-Submittal Conference.
