Description
Fire Station #22 is an approximately 4,000 square feet, single story, three-bay fire station of masonry, wood frame, bar joist and low slope roofing. The interior features offices, day room, kitchen, mechanical, electrical and restrooms. Volusia County seeks to add sleeping quarters, fitness, storage, deconstruction and remodel outdated infrastructure such as moving from septic system and well to public utility service. The addition proposed is approximately 2,500 square feet. The project will be construction via CM-At-Risk delivery method. Design shall comply with all jurisdictional agency requirements including, but not limited to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), County of Volusia, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Army Corp of Engineers (ACOE), St. Johns Water Management District (SJWMD), City of Oak Hill and any other applicable agency.
