Qualification of General Contractors for Future Construction of Fire Stations 6, 8, and 11

The City is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from General Contractors interested in bidding future construction of three (3) new fire stations in Pueblo, Colorado (hereinafter referred to as "Project"). The three (3) fire stations are approximately 14,000 square feet each, incorporate Net-Zero Energy principals, and are relatively similar in design. Each fire station incorporates similar floor plan and building structure. All work will be performed on City-owned property. The selected Contractor shall furnish all administration, labor, management, supervision, personnel, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, bonding, and insurance necessary to complete the project in accordance with the construction documents and specifications for the Project.
