LEGAL-17403 - USA (Phoenix, Arizona) - Outside Counsel Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide outside counsel services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.         – Outside counsel shall be responsible for the following tasks and shall perform these tasks in accordance with the method of approach or other case–plan documents prepared in connection with a particular representation, written assignment letter, or notice to proceed.– Evaluation of legality of practices.– Pre–litigation activities.– Litigation support.– Post litigation support(2) The contract period will be for one year.
