Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Outside Counsel Legal Services for various areas of law to include water law, construction law, contract and procurement, real estate law, environmental law, tax exempt and taxable bond matters, general litigation, open government requirements, and other related areas of law relevant to the operations of a political subdivision in the State of Texas.
