(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– Upgrading terminal electrical infrastructure to enable tenant kitchen electrification and upgrading airside electrical ground service equipment (eGSE) charging infrastructure. – The Project will include evaluating and upgrading electrical infrastructure serving tenant kitchen spaces to support a transition to fully electric operations.– The Project will also include improvements to airside eGSE charging infrastructure, supported by software–based monitoring capabilities.– Provide or integrate software to support monitoring, operational visibility, and basic performance reporting.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
