Parking Enforcement Management System & Services

The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Request for Proposals (hereinafter, “RFP”) for 'Project ID 'Project Title . The purpose is to solicit competitive sealed proposals for parking management software and delinquent collection services. All systems shall be completely cloud hosted. Software shall include full citation processing and permit processing. Delinquent collection services shall include a full-service collections process. The term of this contract shall begin on the date the contract is approved by the City of New Smyrna Beach, City Commission (herein after, the “Commission”), signed by all required parties and filed with the City Clerk. The term of the contract shall be 'Contract Length from the effective date. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for no more than 'Optional Extensions Time Frame . As is more fully explained in this RFP, an award, if made, shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The City shall not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the proposals received.
