Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed proposals for a turn-key Contractor hosted Automated Paid Parking Services (AMPPS) solution accepting credit and debit cards via mobile payment application, Quick Response (QR) code, near-field communications (NFC), and kiosks in on and off-street parking locations. Proposals shall include procurement, installation, operations, management, enforcement, and maintenance of a modern, proven, and reliable parking control system, all related equipment, and staffing for exceptional customer service in a high-paced outdoor environment. Additionally, proposals should include a secured Contractor-hosted payment website for advance parking pass sales which will be linked on the County’s Volusia Beaches app to provide the public with real time parking lot availability status updates.
