(1) Vendor needs to provide festivals and special events services that feature arts and culture (art, dance, history, heritage, literary arts, performing arts, music, and/or culture).– Encourages engagement with the arts, history, and/or culture,• Encourages engagement with various visual, literary and/or performing arts,• Encourages engagement with history,• Encourages engagement with various cultures,• Introduces new or non–traditional perspectives of the arts, history, or culture,– Supports festivals and events with significant economic impact,– Supports innovative events that create vibrancy,– Promotes equity, diversity, inclusion, access and accessibility,– Demonstrates organizational efficiency and effectiveness,– Promotes equity, diversity, inclusion, access and accessibility.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
